At Tinye Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your suit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
